On Wednesday morning, 2.6-magnitude earthquake was reported close to Elgin, approximately 25 miles northeast of Columbia, South Carolina, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Officials said the earthquake was measured at a depth of 0.5 kilometers. Another quake, registering a magnitude of 1.5, was reported in the area seven hours later. Since December 27, ten earthquakes, including the two on Wednesday, have been reported in the South Carolina, making geologists question how long the shaking will last....

Though there was a rumour that Grand Theft Auto V would be a launch title some months ago, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge can officially join titles such as Batman: Arkham City as those confirmed to be joining the system’s launch. Tecmo Koei made the official announcement at its financial earnings presentation, and explained that the title would be based off of the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, which will launch in February 2012....

Nintendo plans on launching a new service called Nintendo Video in Japan tomorrow, including a host of videos that Nintendo “recommends.” The videos in question are presented in both 2D and 3D, and will become available to watch over time. Don’t worry, the videos that Japanese 3DS owners will receive aren’t all horrible, but the first batch of content may underwhelm, including a fashion show, skits from various comedians, and a 3D tour of Kyoto, Japan....
